John S. Bingham

A Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist, attorney John S. Bingham has practiced law in Tennessee for more than 31 years. Born in Kingsport in 1952, his experience includes four years as an assistant district attorney in Sullivan County, TN.
In 1984, attorney Bingham left the district attorney’s office to enter private practice. For over 25 years, he has represented clients throughout all stages of personal injury cases in state and federal courts. Additionally, he has lectured to the Tennessee Trial Lawyers regarding developments in wrongful death damages law.
John is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

J. David Miller

Born in Kingsport in 1959, Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist J. David Miller handles auto and truck accident cases involving serious injury or death. He also focuses on workers compensation cases that our personal injury law firm works on. Attorney Miller represents clients during the negotiation, mediation, trial, and appeal of accident and injury cases in federal and state courts.

James F. Keesling

After nearly 50 years in law enforcement, our Chief Investigator gives new meaning to the word experience. An invaluable member of the Tennessee law firm Hawkins, Bingham & Miller team, James F. Keesling plays a vital role in the investigation and development of cases by interviewing and interrogating witnesses and other individuals associated with the case. He works with law enforcement to obtain and preserve evidence in accident cases and provides valuable insight to our attorneys regarding the investigative aspects of the case.
