Accidental
Wrongful Death
When you are injured because
someone else was negligent,
you are entitled to be compensated for your injuries and damages.
When the injuries result in death, the compensation is paid to surviving

are entitled to receive compensation. In Tennessee, compensation
is paid to the surviving spouse and children. When a child is killed,
