Board Certification Attorneys Johns S. Bingham and J. David Miller are certified as civil trial specialists by the Tennessee Commission on Board Certification and Specialization.  In order to become a civil trial specialist in Tennessee, a lawyer must be certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Certification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy is a credential above and beyond a license to practice law.  It tells the public and other attorneys that the lawyer posses an enhanced level of skill and expertise in trial advocacy and has demonstrated integrity and dedication to the interests of his clients.
